We are seeking to fill the position of CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant.
$22.68 to $25.87 per hour based on experience.
Every Other Weekend required.
Full-Time Day shift.
Part-Time Day and Evening shifts.
The CNA will assist residents with activities for daily living (ADL), answer call lights, assist with feeding, collaborate with Nurse and other Certified Nursing Assistants and document all care provided.
Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
Obtain food trays and assist residents with feeding.
Assist resident with range of motion exercises.
Assist with transport to wheelchair and activity areas.
Monitor and record temperature, food and fluid intake and output.
Meet the communication needs of resident and family.
Communicate changes in residents’ clinical condition.

Candidates must possess a valid NY CNA license. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) is preferred.
