We are seeking a Wound Care Nurse - RN - Registered Nurse.
$115K to $122K annually based on skills and experience.
Monday through Friday schedule.
Ensure completion of skin assessments assigned to charge nurses.
Review of admission skin assessments.
Inform necessary departments of new or worsening skin issues.
Ensure necessary referrals are made.
Rounding with wound care specialist.
Ensure high risk residents have interventions/preventative measures in place.
Correspond with DME suppliers to ensure equipment and supplies are ordered and delivered and pick-up timely.
Ensure that acute care plans are completed according to policy.
Ensure, assess and monitor appropriate treatments are in place.
