Operate Equipment: Use automated instruments, electronic systems, and precision tools; provide basic troubleshooting as needed. Ensure Quality: Participate in proficiency testing and quality assurance initiatives. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate documentation, answer phones professionally, and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines. Safety First: Follow established safety and infection control protocols. Adapt and Grow: Take on new duties as operational needs evolve and gain valuable experience for future advancement.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred. Demonstrated reliable attendance and a consistent work history. Ability to reliably commute to the work location and work the assigned schedule. Familiarity with patient confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines preferred. Previous night-shift experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Mobility: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle lab instruments and computer systems.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Vision &
Hearing: Ability to read and interpret data, identify specimens, and communicate clearly in person and by phone.
Ability to bend, stoop, and reach to access equipment or supplies.
