Surgery & Appointment Flow Surgery caseload: 2–4 procedures per day (spays, neuters, mass removals, dentals; orthopedic procedures referred out) Appointments: 30-minute slots ~15 per full appointment day ~5–7 on partial surgery days Built-in 12:00–1:30 p.m. lunch/catch-up time Our Support Team 3 CVTs 2 Veterinary Technicians 3 Veterinary Assistants Each doctor is supported by a dedicated technician, with additional support available as needed.
