As a Locum MD/DO in Emergency Medicine, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care during critical situations. This position involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide timely and effective treatment to patients, ensuring compliance with medical protocols and standards. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the efficiency of our medical practice and providing excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients Respond promptly to emergency situations Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics Implement appropriate treatment plans in emergency scenarios Educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatments Maintain accurate and timely medical records Adhere to all safety and medical protocols

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Current medical license to practice in the state Prior experience in Emergency Medicine preferred Strong clinical and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a high-pressure environment Commitment to providing exceptional patient care

Schedule: Day and night shifts available

20 ED bays, 12 fast track bays, 3 high security rooms

Dedicated ER support staff

Must be board-certified or board-eligible

2-3 years of emergency medicine experience required
