As a Locum Emergency Medicine Physician, you will play a key role in providing immediate care to patients facing urgent medical conditions. Your contributions will be essential to ensuring the well-being of our diverse patient population and maintaining operational excellence in our medical practice.
Provide excellent emergency medical care to patients Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of medical conditions Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions Respond effectively to medical emergencies Utilize evidence-based practices in patient care Ensure compliance with medical standards and protocols
Valid MD or DO degree Emergency Medicine board certification or eligibility Experience in emergency medical settings Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work efficiently under pressure Knowledge of current medical practices and technologies Must have a valid medical license for the State of practice
Schedule: 7a-7p or 7p-7a
No call requirement
Daily Volume: 80 patients
Support Staff: APPs
EMR: Allscripts
