The Admissions RN is a versatile position that encompasses triage, admissions, PRN visit help and quality & compliance activities. Key characteristics for this role include strong clinical skills, flexibility, organization, compassion and a team-oriented approach to care.   • Responsibilities: 1. Complete scheduled admissions 2. Complete urgent Admissions. 3. Perform chart audits, compliance tracking and other quality improvement activities. 4. Profile medications with hospice pharmacy as needed. Assist case managers in obtaining medication refills. 5. Assist in ordering durable medical equipment as needed to support patient care. 6. Assist with flu clinics, tracking requests for patient flu vaccination and COVID testing. 7. Cover visit help requests per manager request. This includes PPS visits, PRN, and/or routine visits as needed. 8. Work collaboratively with Hospice Management team to field triage calls and meet daily needs of hospice patients. The incumbents may be requested to perform job related tasks other than those stated in this description. QualificationsQualifications 1. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. 2. Has three (3) years nursing experience. Community/home health/hospice or medical/surgical experience is preferred. 3. Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state. 4. Complies with accepted professional standards and practice. 5. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills. 6. Possesses and maintains CPR certification. 7. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Why Join Kline Galland? Requirements

Candidates must be a licensed Registered Nurse with at least three years of nursing experience and a current CPR certification. A valid driver's license and an insured vehicle are required for field visits.
