Companion Care, Homemaker, Personal Care. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying living spaces Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being Provide safe transportation and accompaniment to appointments or errands Document and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisors
