To enhance public health outcomes by efficiently implementing disease prevention, intervention, and surveillance activities. The Nurse DIS will leverage clinical expertise to identify, investigate, and manage communicable diseases, providing patient education, contact tracing, and case management. This role will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to reduce disease transmission, ensure timely reporting, and promote evidence-based interventions, thereby supporting the organization’s mission of safeguarding community health.

Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification. Requires strong clinical skills in health assessment and knowledge of public health principles and epidemiology.
