We're looking for an RN to join our clinical team at our Leon and Lamoni locations.
What you'll do: As a Registered Nurse at Infinity Health, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care by:
❤️ Welcoming patients and preparing them for their visit with the provider.
🩺 Collecting and documenting patient information including chief complaints, allergies, vital signs, weight, and other clinical data.
🤝 Collaborating closely with providers to communicate patient needs, concerns, and changes in condition.
📚 Educating patients about their health, medications, treatments, and diagnostic testing while providing age-appropriate education materials.
💉 Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately according to provider orders and Iowa nursing regulations.
⭐ Delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care while ensuring patient safety remains the top priority.
✔ Current Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license.
✔ Knowledge of nursing practices and standards established by the Iowa Board of Nursing.
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✔ Excellent organizational and computer skills.
✔ Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
✔ Two years of nursing experience preferred, but passionate nurses are encouraged to apply.
