About the role

The Medical Assistant is responsible for rooming patients, conducting EKGs, and performing phlebotomy. They also support healthcare providers through triage, administering injections, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Family Practice Center is the largest group of physician-owned doctors’ office in Pennsylvania. With over 40 locations throughout Central Pa, we are always looking to hire talented individuals to join our team.

We are currently seeing a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at our Willow Street office. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

Rooming Patients Assisting providers with various tasks Documentation and record-keeping Triages Phlebotomy Administering immunization and injections Conducting EKGs and other testing Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Medical Assistant preferred, but not required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
