Full-Time

  • Work 5 days per week or three 12-hour shifts, including a rotating weekend
  • Part-Time: Flexible schedule options available

Full-Time CNA Incentives $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for certified CNAs If you are not currently certified, we will pay for your CNA classes and certification Immediate health insurance coverage 401(k) with company match Mileage reimbursement at $0.725/mile Shift differentials for weekend, early morning, and evening shifts Part-Time CNA Requirements Must already hold a current CNA certification Flexible scheduling available Competitive pay and shift differentials Mileage reimbursement at $0.725/mile Join Our Caring Team at PACE North! About PACE North PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) helps individuals age 55+ who qualify for nursing facility-level care remain safely in their homes. We provide care at our state-of-the-art center and in participants' homes throughout our 7-county service area.

What You'll Do As part of our home care team, you will

Assist participants with bathing, dressing, grooming, housekeeping, meal preparation, and shopping Take vital signs and document participant care Provide compassionate support that promotes independence and dignity Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and problem-solve Dependable and team-oriented A positive attitude and passion for serving seniors Why Join PACE North? Requirements

Candidates must be dependable, team-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. A current CNA certification is required for part-time roles, while full-time applicants may receive paid training and certification.
