About the role

The RN is responsible for assessing, triaging, and documenting care plans for patients in a fast-paced emergency environment. They collaborate with the healthcare team to implement treatment plans and may float to other nursing areas as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in assessing and caring for patients. Documents, implements and updates plans of care.
  • Collaborates with all members of the healthcare team to implement and evaluate a patient’s status and treatment plan.
  • Cross-trains and floats to other areas of nursing as required.
  • Interact with patient and significant others, while maintain the standard of professional nursing.

Requirements

To be seriously considered for this role, you’ll need to have

Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1 year acute care experience required.

Licenses/Certification: RN license current in the state of Colorado or compact state. Current BLS certification, ACLS and PALS maintenance expected.

Compensation

$33.00 - $45.04/hour DOE (PRN, evening, night and weekend shift differential pay) In addition to the base salary, Nurses have the opportunity to increase their compensation through participation in our Clinical Ladder Program. This program recognizes and rewards engagement in organizational initiatives, professional development, leadership activities, and contributions to quality and patient safety efforts. Advancement on the Clinical Ladder is an opportunity to grow both professionally and financially.

Shift - 12 Hour, night shift & day shift requirements Schedule - Varies Status - PRN
