Market context
Physical therapist roles in North Carolina are typically in steady demand across hospitals, outpatient clinics, and rehab settings, especially for candidates who can start with an active state license and CAPTE-accredited training. These positions can be competitive because employers often look for licensure readiness, equivalent education verification for foreign-trained applicants, and experience that supports patient caseloads.
