On-Call Responsibilities Agree to specific On-Call hours/days Receive stipend for being On-Call plus hourly wage for hours worked Return all calls within 15 minutes during On-Call period (may be called anytime, including overnight) Be able to leave for a client within 30 minutes of receiving a call Accept all assignments during On-Call period, regardless of location (includes assisted living and hospice) Forfeit stipend if unable to comply Maintain reliable transportation, email access, and clean insured vehicle Follow all care plans, documentation, confidentiality, and PPE requirements Perform all HHA/CNA/PCA job duties Skills & Qualifications Respectful, compassionate, dependable Strong communication and time management Reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Key Duties Assist with mobility, personal care, and hygiene Prepare meals and assist with errands Light housekeeping Provide companionship Report incidents and respond to emergencies
