In this role, you'll provide individualized and group therapeutic services, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and discharge coordination for behavioral health patients. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support patients and families through critical transitions, and help develop programming that promotes recovery and long-term wellness.

Requires a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Licensure as an LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is preferred or must be obtainable within six months.
