Responsibilities include: Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, transfer training, and functional mobility interventions Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques Accurately document treatments and patient progress Communicate effectively with PTs, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, and physicians Help patients achieve meaningful functional goals and improve their quality of life We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program Current Michigan PTA license (or eligible for licensure) Excellent communication and patient care skills Experience in Skilled Nursing (SNF), Post-Acute Care, Rehabilitation, Long-Term Care, Home Health, or Outpatient is welcomed but not required New graduates are encouraged to apply Why You'll Love This Role Our therapists are empowered to focus on what matters most—providing exceptional care.

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program with a current or eligible Michigan PTA license. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is welcomed.
