Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN provides resident-focused nursing care and treatment to elderly, acutely ill, and injured residents. The LPN works closely with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to promote wellness, prevent illness and injury, and ensure the highest standards of care.

Education Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing.
Licenses/Certification Current valid LPN license in the state employed. Valid CPR certification.
Experience Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
