Provide patient care and support during general, regional, or MAC anesthesia while ensuring patient safety. Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgeons to facilitate safe surgical procedures across various specialties.
Join our team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) where you will provide patient care and support during general, regional or MAC anesthesia. Additionally, you will have responsibilities for patient safety while under anesthesia. The CRNA works with the staff Anesthesiologist and Surgeon to provide all elements of a safe and beneficial surgical procedure.
Regions Hospital is a verified Level I Trauma Center for both adults and children with the expertise and technology to treat the most serious injuries 24/7. We have a stellar team of 50+ Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists who provide care for patients of all acuity levels across 21 operating rooms. We perform over 14,000 surgical procedures annually with surgical specialties including: orthopedic, neurosurgical, vascular, cardiothoracic, plastics, ENT, general, OB-GYN, eye, urology, colo-rectal, burns and Da-Vinci robotic cases.
Our collaborative Anesthesia Care Team works hard to support each other while still allowing for independence.
This is a Casual Position. Variety of day and evening shifts with occasional night shifts. Flexibility to find the right schedule mix for staff.
