As a Headache Medicine Physician, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with primary and secondary headache disorders, including migraine, tension-type headache, cluster headache, trigeminal autonomic cephalalgias, occipital neuralgia, and other complex headache conditions. You'll develop individualized treatment plans using the latest evidence-based therapies while performing in-office procedures that help improve patient outcomes and quality of life. What You'll Do Evaluate patients with acute and chronic headache disorders Diagnose and manage migraine, chronic migraine, tension headaches, cluster headaches, and other primary and secondary headache conditions Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based medical therapies Perform in-office procedures, including: Botox® injections for chronic migraine Peripheral nerve blocks Trigger point injections Infusion therapy Monitor treatment response and adjust care plans as needed Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and multidisciplinary clinical staff Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Participate in a limited shared call rotation What We're Looking For We're looking for a physician who is: Passionate about headache medicine and improving patients' quality of life Compassionate and patient-centered Interested in developing long-term relationships with patients Collaborative and team-oriented Committed to evidence-based care and clinical excellence Required Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Eligible for or currently licensed to practice medicine in Arizona Board Certified or Board Eligible in an applicable specialty
