As a Physical Therapist, you'll evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. You'll combine hands-on care, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and clinical expertise to help patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy. You'll work collaboratively with physicians and rehabilitation professionals while maintaining the autonomy to manage your own caseload and make clinical decisions that support the best possible outcomes. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional movement assessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and evidence-based practice Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, balance training, and other skilled interventions Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Educate patients and caregivers on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs Communicate effectively with referring physicians and members of the healthcare team Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) Promote wellness, injury prevention, and long-term functional improvement Deliver exceptional patient experiences through compassionate, patient-centered care What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful recovery Dedicated to delivering evidence-based, high-quality care A strong communicator who builds trust with patients and colleagues Collaborative, dependable, and team-oriented Motivated to continue learning and growing professionally Required Qualifications Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Master's degree required; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred Active Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain prior to start Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with EMR documentation systems
