We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and energetic professionals to provide in-home and community-based support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. The ideal candidate will provide person-centered care and support while encouraging independence, community involvement, and meaningful life experiences. What You'll Do
Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, or special needs. Experience supporting individuals with behavioral challenges. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt activities to meet individual needs and abilities. Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass all required background checks. Ability to transport individuals safely within the community. Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, transfer, and assist individuals as needed. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and participate in community activities throughout the day. Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
