As a Family Medicine Physician, you'll provide comprehensive care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in both clinic and hospital settings. You'll diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, promote preventive health, oversee inpatient care, and work collaboratively with specialists and care teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. This role is ideal for a physician who values continuity of care, enjoys practicing full-spectrum Family Medicine, and is passionate about serving the community. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine physical examinations Provide inpatient care as part of an integrated care model Order, interpret, and review laboratory studies, imaging, and other diagnostic testing Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists and hospital providers Educate patients and families on preventive care, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support a collaborative team culture What We're Looking For We're looking for a physician who is: Passionate about comprehensive Family Medicine Dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care Comfortable treating patients of all ages Collaborative, approachable, and team-oriented Committed to improving the health of the community Focused on delivering evidence-based, high-quality care Required Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start Eligible for hospital privileges
