Virtuous Management Group LLC is seeking skilled and dedicated PRN Preop/PACU RNs and Operating Room Circulating RNs to join our team in Tempe, AZ. Responsibilities

Provide pre-operative nursing assessments, patient education, and preparation for surgical procedures Monitor and manage post-anesthesia recovery patients in the PACU, ensuring safe transition of care Perform circulating RN duties in the OR, including surgical site preparation and sterile field maintenance Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the medical record Identify and respond to changes in patient condition, initiating emergency protocols as needed Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and Joint Commission guidelines

Requirements

Active Arizona RN license in good standing Minimum 1-2 years of perioperative, PACU, or OR circulating nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required CNOR certification preferred for OR Circulating RN candidates Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, anesthesia recovery, and perioperative protocols Excellent critical thinking, communication, and team collaboration skills Ability to work PRN/as-needed shifts with schedule flexibility About Us: Virtuous Management Group LLC is a healthcare management organization committed to quality patient care.
