Serve as an assistant to the Technologists for the purpose of ensuring patients are prepared for their imaging exam and complete the imaging exam in an effective manner. Screen patients prior to exam day Assist the patient in completing paperwork Obtain medical history from the patient Escort the patient to the changing room and ensure they are dressed appropriately for the exam Escort patients to and from the mobile MRI or exam room Screen the patient for the exam - mainly MRI and CT exams Assist the technologist in preparing the exam table (coil selection, changing linen, etc.) Collate films and deliver to Radiologist Maintain linen inventory Assist with quarterly imaging inventory Research availability and obtain reports and films requested by Radiologist Serve as liaison between the Technologist and Radiologist Other duties as assigned
