Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care Perform procedures as required in the critical care setting Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in their status Communicate effectively with patients and their families Participate in training and development of junior medical staff Engage in continuous professional development and education Maintain detailed and accurate medical records and documentation
Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board certification in Critical Care Medicine preferred Licensure to practice medicine in Panama City Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practices Previous experience in a critical care setting is advantageous
