Education and Training
Graduate of a school of practical nursing and current license to practice practical nursing in the State of Ohio.
Authorized by the State of Ohio Board of Nursing to perform intravenous therapy procedures and administer medicines. Note, some ancillary and/or physician office sites may not require IV therapy authorization.
BLS required within 30 days of hire.
Requires a practical nursing license in Ohio and BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Must have at least one year of recent experience in the area of practice.
