Patient Care & Clinical Support
Welcome and room patients, obtain vital signs, administer injections, assist patients with ambulation as needed, and prepare patients for infusion services.
Support providers during patient visits while delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care.
Patient Scheduling & Care Coordination
Schedule and reschedule appointments, check in patients, collect payments, onboard new patients, and prepare clinic charts.
Coordinate care by communicating with providers, pharmacy, specialists, and external referral providers and Medical Assistants to ensure seamless patient care.
Clinic Operations & Inventory
Stock exam rooms and supplies, clean and prepare treatment areas, and maintain inventory of medications, medical supplies, and patient amenities.
Complete routine audits, manage referral tracking, and support efficient daily clinic operations.
Documentation & Administrative Support
Maintain accurate EHR documentation, update patient demographics and insurance information, and assist with referral coordination and patient communications.
Prepare records and complete administrative tasks to support timely, efficient care delivery.
Compliance & Team Collaboration
Participate in daily huddles and collaborate with internal and external care teams to support exceptional patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with Evara Health policies and all HIPAA, HRSA, State, Federal, and accreditation standards.
