In this role, you'll provide evidence-based counseling and therapeutic services to adolescents and adults experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to help individuals build healthy coping skills, achieve lasting recovery, and improve their overall well-being.   • Clinician, you will: Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families in an outpatient setting. Complete comprehensive behavioral health assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that support each client's goals. Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic interventions that promote emotional wellness, resilience, and recovery. Conduct suicide risk assessments, crisis intervention, and safety planning while ensuring clients receive appropriate levels of care. Engage families, caregivers, schools, medical providers, and community partners to coordinate care and support positive treatment outcomes. Utilize collaborative documentation and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records within the electronic health record. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing professional development. Educate clients and families on coping skills, emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and community resources. Maintain quality, productivity, and documentation standards while providing exceptional client-centered care. Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture focused on clinical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Ohio licensure as one of the following: LSW, LPC, LCDCII, LCDCIII, LISW, LPCC, LICDC Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of automobile insurance. Strong assessment, communication, organizational, and clinical documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience treating individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions in an outpatient, residential or community-based setting. Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches, including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Relapse Prevention, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Experience conducting substance use assessments, treatment planning, and coordinating care across behavioral health and community support systems. Familiarity with DSM-5-TR, ASAM Criteria, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and recovery-oriented systems of care. Experience using electronic health records and maintaining timely, compliant clinical documentation.
