Full-time Occupational Therapists working under our 1099-tiered compensation model can earn up to $145,000 annually, based on visit volume.

As an Occupational Therapist with Stern at Home Therapy, you will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout the Bronx.
include: Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Provide one-on-one treatments based on each patient's functional needs and goals. Manage individualized treatment plans with clinical autonomy. Help patients improve independence, safety, mobility, upper extremity function, and their ability to perform activities of daily living. Complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation. Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and members of the clinical team. Coordinate with our administrative team regarding scheduling, patient care, and logistics. Manage your caseload based on your availability and employment structure.
We offer multiple compensation options based on your level of commitment and preferred employment structure.
$72 per 4-unit follow-up visit. $85 per evaluation.
$65 per follow-up visit. $75 per 4-unit evaluation.
$55–$70 per follow-up visit. Earn more per visit as you move through the tiered compensation structure. $75 per 4-unit evaluation.
$70–$80 per follow-up visit. Earn more per visit as you move through the tiered compensation structure. $85 per 4-unit evaluation. Earning potential of up to $145,000 annually, based on visit volume.
