Market context
Caregiver openings in Texas are typically driven by ongoing demand for in-home support, companionship, and help with daily routines. These roles can be competitive because employers often look for dependable transportation, a valid Texas driver’s license, and the ability to pass screening, while paid training can make entry possible for candidates without prior experience.
