Medical Office MA/LPN/RN / Women's Care of Wood County / Part-time In accordance with the mission of Wood Health Company, the Medical Assistant (MA) will provide clinical and administrative support in a medical office setting, under the direction of the physician and office manager/coordinator. The Medical Assistant is accountable for the delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the organization.

Job Description

Demonstrates the ability to prioritize care of patient according to presenting conditions. Formulates nursing diagnosis and establishes intra-procedure nursing care plan based on initial assessment. Checks department supplies, equipment and positioning aids. Plans care with other members of the health care team. Checks schedule for role assignment and cases. Documents responses to and evaluations of nursing interventions provided. Requirements

Candidates must be a Licensed RN or LPN in the state of Ohio, or a Registered/Certified Medical Assistant. Ability to manage patient care plans and coordinate with the healthcare team is required.
