You will be a valued teammate of a 20-bed medical-surgical progressive unit, also known as Post Surgical 3. We are committed to delivering exceptional care to adult patients with a wide range of medical and surgical diagnoses and conditions. Our unit includes 3 progressive beds designed for postoperative or higher-acuity surgical patients. We primarily care for hepatobiliary surgical patients as well as women’s health cases.
The Surgical unit provides a great learning environment for nurses of all experience levels and interests. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for new teammates, focusing on teamwork, communication, positivity, and quality care.
