Michigan RN float roles need broad acute care experience

Michigan RN float positions often attract candidates with recent acute care experience because staffing needs can vary across units and facilities. This role is competitive for nurses who already hold a current Michigan RN license, BLS certification, and an ACEN-accredited nursing degree, since float assignments typically require flexibility and quick adaptation.
