How You'll Make a Difference As an LVN on our skilled team, you'll perform a variety of skilled visits, including wound care, medication administration, and IV infusions. We build schedules around what works for you and your patients, so flexibility is part of the role. We work with Medicaid and private pay insurance, so you can focus on hands-on patient care rather than assessment paperwork. Some drive time between visits is part of the job.
LVNs who enjoy independence, variety, and the chance to keep building clinical skills tend to thrive on our team.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, disability, or any other protected status.
Must possess an active Texas LVN license and at least one year of experience as an LVN. Wound care experience is preferred but not required.
Market context
In Texas, nursing roles like this often draw steady demand in dialysis and other patient-care settings because employers need licensed LVN/LPN candidates who can start safely and learn specialized workflows. These positions can be competitive when they require a current license, preferred dialysis experience, and completion of a training program soon after hire. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm you meet the license, color-recognition, and training expectations before applying.
