Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated, friendly, and highly skilled Surgical Assistant to join our dynamic full-time team.

Key Responsibilities As a Surgical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in both clinical excellence and patient comfort.
Your main duties will include: Surgical & Clinical Assistance: Actively assist dentists during complex oral surgery cases and full-mouth rehabilitation procedures.
Sterilization & Setup: Efficiently prepare, organize, and sterilize surgical instruments, treatment rooms, and equipment in strict accordance with protocols.
Patient Care: Comfort patients before, during, and after treatment.
Provide clear, empathetic post-operative care instructions to ensure smooth recoveries.
Administrative Support: Help manage accurate patient clinical records and assist with scheduling follow-up appointments.
Uphold flawless cleanliness and strict compliance with all health, safety, and OSHA/CDC regulations.
Experience: 2+ years of dental assisting experience required (experience in oral surgery, implantology, or complex prosthodontics is highly preferred).
Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization techniques, and dental software.
