The Occupational Therapist Assistant provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following clinical standards under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. This includes administering various rehabilitation procedures like ADL retraining, exercises, and modalities, while assessing patient progress and communicating outcomes to the supervising therapist.
