The Hills Post Acute in Santa Ana, CA, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a full time Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program!
Physical Therapy license is required. Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels. New grads are welcome!
