In this role, you'll be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing exceptional primary and acute medical care to patients. As a Locum NP or PA, you'll manage a variety of cases, collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff, and play a crucial role in improving patient outcomes. Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment of patients in a hospitalist setting Collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams Administer medications and manage intravenous therapy Conduct physical exams and interpret diagnostic tests Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Educate patients on health management and preventive care Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Associate's degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant program Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Experience in internal medicine or hospitalist settings preferred Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic life support (BLS) certification required Advanced cardio life support (ACLS) certification is a plus
