Expected starting wage range is $26.31 - $31.72. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

The Muriel Wright Recovery Center CRT is a 15-bed, voluntary crisis residential treatment center on Santa Clara County’s Muriel Wright behavioral health campus in San Jose, California.
The CRT is co-located on the same campus as the Substance Use Treatment Services (SUTS) program.
The program was created as an alternative to and diversion from Emergency Psychiatric Services (EPS), acute psychiatric hospitalization, and incarceration.
The CRT will serve a co-ed population with 90% male and 10% female census predicted; all referrals will be persons with justice-involved mental health status.
The average length of stay for this program is 14-21 days.
The Muriel Wright Recovery Center CRT program is under contract with Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Services Department.
