Pay Rates – Per Completed Visit VNA SOC / ROC - $140-150 SOC + IV / Wound Vac (complex skill add-on) - $170 Recertification - $95 Revisit / RN 19 - $75 RN 18 Discharge - $80 Downtime (pre-approved wait time) - $40/hr **

Must-Have: Active RN license (Ohio) + current BLS certification Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout the Cleveland / Northeast Ohio service area Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience, with experience in behavioral health, psychiatric care, or mental health settings Preferred / Nice-to-Have: OASIS certification or demonstrated OASIS experience Prior home health or community-based behavioral health experience Familiarity with HCHB or similar home health EMR
