Pay Rates – Per Completed Visit Per Visit - $42 Downtime (pre-approved wait time) - $32/hour "Completed" = visit done in the home + documentation finished in EMR within 24 hours + orders/signatures uploaded + meets QA standards.

Must-Have: Active COTA license (Ohio) + current BLS certification Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout the Cleveland / Northeast Ohio service area Minimum 1 year of clinical occupational therapy assistant experience Preferred / Nice-to-Have: Prior home health experience Experience working under OT supervision in a community or home-based setting Familiarity with HCHB or similar home health EMR Experience with adaptive equipment recommendations and home modification assessments
