Administer respiratory care and life support to patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies and abnormalities. Operate and manage ventilator, BiPap, and CPAP equipment. Perform arterial blood gas sampling and analysis. Administer respiratory medications through nebulizer and metered dose inhaler. Cross train and assist with Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) studies as needed. Serve as a resource and trainer within the Respiratory Therapy Department. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide acute and critical care services. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
