Position Name: Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatrics Office Location: New Hampshire Specialty: Pediatrics Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay Rate: $39.00/hour Shift: Days Schedule: Monday – Friday (Based on clinic needs) Position Requirements: Previous nursing experience in Pediatrics, Primary Care, Family Practice, or an outpatient clinical setting – Required New graduate nurses are not eligible for this position Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and patient care practices Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide compassionate, patient-centered care Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Education, License & Certification Requirements: Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher from an accredited nursing program – Required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License at the time of submission – Required BLS Certification (AHA) – Required ACLS Certification – Required
Provide comprehensive nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in a pediatric outpatient setting. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop and coordinate individualized care plans. Administer medications, immunizations, treatments, and other nursing interventions as prescribed. Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate changes or concerns to the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Educate pediatric patients and their families regarding disease management, medications, preventive care, and treatment plans. Supervise and provide clinical guidance to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Medical Assistants (MAs) as appropriate. Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and quality care while maintaining professional nursing standards. Ensure compliance with all clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Participate in ongoing professional development and perform additional duties as assigned.
