Position Name: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical Location: Salina, Kansas Specialty: Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay Rate: $29.00 - $43.00/hour (Based on education and experience) Shift Differential: $2.00/hour for evenings, nights, and weekends Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (discussed during the interview)

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical and surgical patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and communicate findings promptly to the healthcare team. Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate individualized patient care. Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, discharge instructions, and disease management. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record. Promote patient safety while maintaining a supportive and compassionate environment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities. Perform additional duties as assigned.
