This position will be a member of a team that provides support, services, and treatments to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in a home-like setting. Provides oversight and general nursing care and services to persons with behavioral health challenges by performing the duties listed in this job description. Relies on education, skill, and judgment to provide quality services to the people we serve with limited direction and supervision. Requires an unencumbered Nursing License.

Candidates must possess an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse license and preferably have five years of experience working with individuals facing behavioral or mental health issues. A valid driver's license is also required for this position.
