The Personal Care Provider performs personal care services according to the plan of care and agency policy, including tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders. They also complete service notes and report changes in the client's condition to supervisors.
A Personal Care Provider (PCP) is specifically trained, competent and performs assigned functions of personal care to the client in their residence under the direction, instruction and supervision of qualified Agency personnel. In this role, you will report to the Operations Manager and IHSS Clinical Program Manager.
