The counselor will run OP/IOP substance use disorder groups and complete clinical documentation including assessments and treatment plans. They will also collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality client care in a residential setting.

include: Run OP / IOP substance use disorder groups. Complete substance use disorder assessments, treatment plans, group notes, & other clinical documentation under the supervision of an LCSW-C. Take part in a multi-disciplinary team to maintain excellent client care & treatment. Attain occasional trainings & maintain licensure requirements.
include: Active ADT, CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LMSW or LGPC license in the State of Maryland. At least 2 years' experience with a substance use disorder population. Computer literate & experience working in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems. Possess sound judgement, professionalism, & compassion for client care. Excellent documentation & communication skills. Familiarity with DHMH / CARF requirements.
