The Registered Nurse provides high-quality clinical support across all phases of patient care — from diagnostics through treatment — while delivering an exceptional patient experience. As a key member of our clinical team, you will: Coordinate patient fertility treatment cycles from diagnostic testing through treatment planning Provide patient education and counseling on medications, treatment protocols, and IVF procedures Triage patient calls and messages related to medications, lab results, and treatment plans Accurately document care in the EMR while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance Communicate physician orders, instructions, and lab results to patients in a timely manner Transcribe and transmit prescriptions and manage prior authorizations Perform phlebotomy, administer medications (subcutaneous, intramuscular, oral), and record vital signs and histories Assist with patient preparation, specimen collection, and exam/procedure room flow Circulate for pre-op, intra-op, and post-op procedures Perform abdominal ultrasound during IUI and embryo transfer procedures Maintain organized, safe, and fully stocked treatment areas Support smooth daily patient flow and provide compassionate guidance to patients and families
