Services provided include Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, ENT, Dental, and General Surgery.

Entity Highlights: Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Stephenville (THS) is a full-service, 98-bed hospital serving Erath and surrounding counties since 1926.

The hospital offers surgical services, women’s and infants’ services, advanced diagnostic imaging, sleep lab and a wound care program.

Texas Health Stephenville has received accreditation as a Level IV trauma center, Cycle III Chest Pain Center by Society of Chest Pain Centers and Breast Imaging Center of Excellence.

The hospital was named a Baby-Friendly Hospital by the World Health Organization and received Pathway to Excellence® designation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Experience 1 Year current operating room experience Pref

Licenses and Certifications CST - Certified Surgical Technologist CST (NBSTSA) or TS-C (NCCT) and graduate of an accredited surgical tech program Upon Hire Req Or CST - Certified Surgical Technologist CST (NBSTSA) or TS-C (NCCT) and was employed to practice surgical technology in a healthcare facility before September 1, 2009 Upon Hire Req Or CST - Certified Surgical Technologist CST (NBSTSA) or TS-C (NCCT) and graduate/completion of a military training program in surgical technology 2 Years Req Or LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse Upon Hire Req And BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training 90 Days Req

Requires a CST certification (NBSTSA or NCCT) and graduation from an accredited surgical technology or vocational nurse program. BCLS certification is required prior to independent patient care.
